Back on track!!
3 days and another 13k under my belt!
4km on Friday in a very respectable 1hr and 44 mins around this small island on the left of the map.
Then Saturday and another 3km in the morning in 1hr and 18mins followed by a further 1km in the afternoon.
Lastly on Sunday a great 5km swim in only 2hrs and 13 mins which is almost 20 mins faster than the last 5km swim!! So things are looking brighter and training is back on track!
